Making a Worry Doll
To make the hair wrap yarn around your hand or piece of cardboard and carefully cut the yarn.
Bend a pipe cleaner in half, place hair at the bend, twist and secure hair to bead by pushing both of the oppersite ends of the pipe cleaner though bead.
Twist arms, belly then legs.
Wrap with yarn.
Draw on a face, and attach decorations.
You can tell your worry doll your worries then put them under your pillow, in your pocket or bag, and they will help.
