Making a Worry Doll To make the hair wrap yarn around your hand or piece of cardboard and carefully cut the yarn. Bend a pipe cleaner in half, place hair at the bend, twist and secure hair to bead by pushing both of the oppersite ends of the pipe cleaner though bead. Twist arms, belly ⁣Worry doll

Misty the Hamster

This is Misty, my new pet hamster, just a baby at 10 weeks old. She brings joy to my life and gives me a purpose each day to look after and care for her.

Playing Boccia always helps me to feel better and yesterday I came 2nd in my first ever Boccia competition! My parents made me this and gave me it when I got home! This was a really nice surprise!!

Music

Music is my escape; I can’t live without it. My phone is always in my pocket, and I have so much to choose from. It helps me get through bad times

Cat

My cat always knows when I’m not happy. She comes and sit on me and purrs, then I just have to relax with her. Coz you can’t move when you have a cat on you!

This is my dog, she’s super cute and always gives me hugs when I need them. She’s the best! 

Shoes

If I am sad, I put on my running shoes and go for a run, I like the way my mind wanders. You can see they’re well used. Lol.

Cake

When my emotions get the better of me, I like to go into the kitchen and bake. I think the routine helps calm my mind, I love the smell of the ginger cake and the best thing is I can share it with my family.

Go for a walk
